Our founder Dawn Ebel, started a career in the billing office of a Columbia/HCA owned Hospital. She quickly rose through the ranks were she developed an expertise in understanding how or why some insurance carriers would accept or deny claims. Over the years, she developed experience in medical coding and writing contracts between the physician and insurance carrier. As of late she was a Regional Director with an ambulatory surgery center company where she was over all Medical and Medicare billing operations and full P&L of seven (7) surgical hospitals.
